I bring a distinctive perspective to legal practice, shaped by more than two decades navigating the intersection of law, media, and technology.
Before entering the legal profession, I served as a CBS executive and worked on the acclaimed public affairs program "Firing Line," experience that cultivated his ability to distill complex issues and communicate with clarity under pressure. My journalism background and connections with civil liberties organizations informed my commitment to protecting individual rights and due process.
After earning his law degree, I built a diverse practice spanning family law, civil litigation, probate, contracts, and intellectual property. I am licensed and admitted to practice in New Mexico and registered as in-house counsel in New York, where I currently serve as In-House Counsel for Digital E665, Inc.
My family law practice focuses on matrimonial disputes—both contested litigation and collaborative resolution—as well as domestic violence protective orders and complex custody and child support matters.
My contract work includes sophisticated business formations and partnership agreements. In estate planning and probate, he helps families navigate succession planning and estate administration with care and precision.
As technology reshapes the legal landscape, I have expanded my expertise into AI implementation and compliance, advising businesses on the legal implications of emerging technologies while maintaining my core commitment to traditional legal values: thorough preparation, clear communication, and zealous advocacy for his clients.
I am based in New York, NY and Santa Fe, NM, and I travel between the two locations to serve clients throughout New Mexico and New York.
